CPU intensive files are not permitted on our servers and accounts may not to be used to host a collection of mp3s, audios, videos, anime, .rar files, Warez, gamers sites, shout cast and similar, or to backup your computer or another source. They may not be used for general storage of any type. They may not be used as download mirrors or download/upload portals. While the sale of eBooks and other legal small download files are permitted within reason (see download files below) with the unlimited package, hosting and storage of mass quantities where our servers are used as a distribution point is not permitted.

All content stored on a reseller account must be directly used on the Internet by the website associated with that account. Web Server – Our servers are web servers. Web server means file hosting that you can view in a browser eg: PHP, SQL, HTML, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .XML mostly .SWF and .PDF are fine. If you can’t view it in a browser, or it requires special software to view, it’s a download or multi-media file.
Collections of download files are not permited on shared servers because they slow the server down. A reasonable amount of download files can be permitted if you keep the file size under 2000 k .
Although regular back-ups will be performed, Omni Links will not be held responsible for any loss of data. It is up to the hosting account to ensure you maintain a local copy of your web data for your own back-up purposes.
You can keep only one backup at a time in your individual account only for 3 days, we will delete your backup which is older than 3 days. It is your duty to download the backup file within 3 days to avoid the data lose.
The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, we would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.
Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.
Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however the following are unacceptable uses.
In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, or trafficking in obscene material.
Any client whose doing Fraud in any manners, regarding Payments , Online Fraud, Abuse Activity with our services , We have rights to suspend all services that belong to client Name/Email. And also take legal action.
Certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do not host pornographic content of any description. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes pornographic content and what does not (see adult sites below). Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. The sale of resellable eBooks is ok.
The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden. As a guideline, we consider sending over 200 emails at once as bulk email.
Spamming (sending unsolicited email or posting messages to irrelevant UsetNet newsgroups that do not explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted on our servers) is strictly prohibited.
Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media, audio, video and shout cast can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.
Shared and reseller hosting customers are not permitted to provide a free web site hosting service such as image hosting, file hosting, mp3 hosting and any similar hosting service. Reseller customers are permitted to provide a charge for service web hosting service but are not permitted to provide any free web hosting service or similar service. And reseller can not host any free domain like .TK / .ML / .GA / .CF / .GQ, Our all server only for PAID or Premium Domain Name.
Any account on the server cannot use more than the following CPU or memory resources. If you use too much system resources, you will be notified to take the necessary actions. If the usage is too high to keep the server unstable, we will suspend the overloading account so that it doesn’t affect the other clients on the server.
Note: An average estimate for the number of daily visitors the plan is suitable for. Your web site is not limited to it. You can have more visitors than the estimate as long as your account doesn’t utilize more CPU/RAM resources. If it does you will be notified via e-mail to upgrade to the next plan
We transfer your complete account from old server to ours, if your account contains illegal contents then we are not responsible that your account terminated after transfer.
In case of you are moving from another host we provide free transfer of your accounts, we transfer only 20 accounts which does not include resellers ,we only transfer your cPanel accounts with all the related data.
Using password protected directories to conduct illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Sites that use password protected directories where their use is not clear are subject to suspension while we investigate the legality of the hidden content.
If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.
Remember that if you re-sell hosting on our servers you are responsible for what your clients do. It is your responsibility to monitor your clients to ensure that you enforce our TOS. If your clients are found repeatedly breaking our TOS that result in illegal activities, or server downtime, that this will put your account in jeopardy.
We do not provide Refunds on Domain Registration, any VPS Server, Dedicated Server, SSL Certificates, Dedicated IP’s and any type of licence. We Only Provide 30 Days Money Back Guarantee on Shared Hosting and Business Hosting and Reseller Hosting Packages. If you have added funds to your account, these are not refundable under any circumstances.
