If you need to change your cPanel password, you can do it directly from your client area without even logging into cPanel first. Follow these simple steps to update your password securely.

Step 1: Log In to the Client Portal

  • Open your browser and navigate to our Client Portal.

  • Enter your registered email address and password, then click Login.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Hosting Services

  • Once you are on the dashboard, look for the Services tile or click on Services in the top navigation bar.

  • Select My Services from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Select Your Hosting Package

  • You will see a list of your active services.

  • Locate your hosting plan (e.g., Active status next to your domain) and click on it to open the management page.

Step 4: Access the "Change Password" Settings

  • On the left-hand sidebar, you will see a menu labeled Actions.

  • Click on Change Password from that list.

Step 5: Enter Your New Password

  • Type your new, secure password in the New Password field.

  • Re-enter it in the Confirm New Password field to ensure it matches.

  • Tip: Make sure your password includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for maximum security.

Step 6: Save Your Changes

  • Click the Save Changes button.

Success! Your cPanel password has now been updated. The next time you log into cPanel directly or use FTP, you will need to use this new password. Your client portal login remains unchanged.
